A bit about our founder...
I'm Julie Thayne the founder of Jaytee Training & Development Ltd. having spent 10 years learning the value of how you interact and build relationships with British Airways. I took on the challenge of Training Manager with Hyundai Car UK Ltd. Since 2001 I have been growing my own training consultancy and work closely with a core team of collaborators to deliver training, coaching, mentoring and facilitation expertise to clients
I believe it is important for individuals to truly understand their style, how to maximise this and then develop it to create flexibility and strategies for success. It is also essential to ensure that the experience has a balance of support and challenge to maximise learning.
My specialist areas are programme design, development and delivery and one to one coaching. I have a particular interest in management development, personal effectiveness and team building. The in depth knowledge I have in using diagnostic tools certainly helps to enhance learning impact and effectiveness. I enjoy thoroughly what I do and am accustomed to working with both large teams and individuals at all organisational levels.

Jane Palmer has 10 years experience as a management development trainer and consultant across a range of sectors. Jane specialises in leadership and management skills and customer service. She is experienced in organisation development and change and in the diagnosis of organisational issues across a range of issues and conducted through a range of methods from Training Needs Analysis to Change Readiness analysis. She is an experienced facilitator who can deliver sessions in English, German and French.
Christine Dunne is a member of the CIPD and has a BSc Hon's degree in Psychology and a diploma in Training and Development. She specialises in focusing on how people can communicate with impact and build effective working relationships. Christine is an accredited coach and associate of the INSIGHTS Group
Julie Barnes is a highly competent Business Coach, with over 18 years commercial experience, specialising in performance, leadership, talent and career development. Julie is an experienced facilitator in Inspirational Leadership, Career and Entrepreneurship Programme's.
